Who this covers
This policy describes how Stampzo handles information when a shop creates an account, when staff scan stamps, and when a customer joins a stamp card.
What we collect
- Shop account: business name, login email, brand colour, reward program settings.
- Staff: names and logins needed to scan and redeem.
- Customers: username, PIN (stored hashed), stamp progress, and optional home-screen install.
- Usage: scans, redemptions, and basic device data needed to keep the product working.
How we use it
To run the stamp card, show the shop who came back, send a reward reminder the customer opted into, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell customer lists.
Sharing
Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery) process data on our instructions. A shop can see its own members. We share information if the law requires it.
Retention & rights
We keep data while the shop account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for security and legal records. Customers can ask the shop — or us via the contact page — to correct or delete their stamp-card profile.
Cookies
See the cookie notice for how we use cookies and similar storage.
